last night ...on my way home from work , i had the opportunity to meet up with gene for a brief second. he had the prototype for the COOPERFISH BLACKBOARD with him. it was glassed but not finned. i had the opportunity to get an idea of what the board's finished weight will be, and to see its curves. i was crushed it was dark, else I would have a bunch of new photos to upload now. suffice it to say: "its going to be SSIICCCKKKK!!!" this is the type of board that i would see and go nuts over. i'd start selling off most of my treasured possessions to try to get enough cabbage to buy this thing. i am so stoked to have played a little role in getting gene to make this. these COOPERFISH BLACKBOARDS are top notch.
